We want you to love your ILIA products, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer free returns on all gently used items within 60 days of purchase. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable and items marked as final sale cannot be returned.

Print and Pack
Download and print your prepaid shipping label, then securely package your items in their original box or a similar mailer.
Ship and Refund
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; once received at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
